In the historic center of Parma, a few steps from the Ducal Park, the Pinacoteca and the Teatro Regio, is the Trattoria Corrieri, an ancient restaurant that for centuries has satisfied travelers and inhabitants of the city. The restaurant owes its name to the times of the Duchess Maria Luigia, when the couriers stopped at this inn to eat and rest the horses tied to rings fixed in the wall, still visible today.
