The Spanish Collection
In our next collection we are revealing the some of the most amazing restaurants and bars serving classic and exquisite dishes in Spain – a place which is home to some of the most genius culinary minds in the world.
Having waited for ages and then had a fight with the girl running the reservations this place was still worth the hassle – duck confit with carrot cream, tuna tataki with Bonito, creamy ham croquettas, and finished with a delicious Sevillian French toast – wonderful flavours even if a little chaotic!
Superb modern Tapas bar with lovely service, go for the specials such as Sevillian steak tartare, calamari in spicy pepper sauce and the delicious – a real find right in the middle of the tourist district.
EME Cathedral Hotel
Stunning views across the city, especially of the Catedral – great chilled place to watch the sun set for a drink or two.
In the uber-religious Seville this bar that has a Virgin Mary theme and a house cocktail called the ‘Blood of Christ’ has to be visited even is not the coolest place on earth - so wrong it’s right!
Food market and event space that captures the best of the city. Recommend - Croquettas with Iberico ham.
El Celler de Can Roca
3 brothers own the restaurant. Has been voted the best restaurant in the world for past 3 years. Their dishes are very innovative and with crazy varieties.
Old-school, back-street charm with great service. Recommend - Cantabrian anchovies and pimientos.
Beautiful, warm and eclectic interior design. Recommended - Tuna carpaccio with padron peppers.
Celso y Manolo
Great mix of traditional and modern tapas bar. Recommend - 4 tomato salad, Octopus, cockles & mussel stew and salt cod tortilla.
One of the oldest restaurants in St. Sebastian with 3 Michelin star staff members. A very well family run business with a delectable seasonal menu.
Great range of sherries and tapas in the dusty, authentic bar. Recommend - Simple hams and cheeses at the bar.
Local, organic farm-to-fork ex-pop up restaurant serves big bold flavours with a bit of a hippy vibe. Highlight dishes would be the slow roast duck with crispy rice and the desserts.
